欧盟对华碳化钨和熔凝碳化钨发起第四次反倾销日落复审调查

据中国贸易救济信息网，6月1日，欧盟委员会发布公告称，应欧洲企业Global Tungsten&Powdersspols.r.o.、H.C.Starck Tungsten GmbH、TikometOy、TreibacherIndustrieAG、UmicoreSpecialtyPowdersFrance和WolframBergbauundHüttenAG于2022年2月25日提交的申请，对原产于中国的碳化钨和熔凝碳化钨(Tungsten Carbide and Fused Tungsten Carbide)启动第四次反倾销日落复审调查。涉案产品为碳化钨、熔凝碳化钨和仅与金属粉末混合的碳化钨(tungsten carbide,fused tungsten carbide and tungsten carbide simply mixed with metallic powder)。欧盟CN(Combined Nomenclature)编码为28499030和38243000(欧盟TARIC编码为3824300010)。本案倾销调查期为2021年1月1日～2021年12月31日，损害调查期为2018年1月1日至倾销调查期结束。
